Kodak digital cameras UI and Usability

Graphic Communications Group - Harmonization

Objective: In the early 2000’s - Kodak went on a buying spree and bought several midsized and smaller companies. The massive goal was to create a “golden thread” between all these now diverse appearances, into a cohesive theme recognized as Kodak. This directive manifested not only to the physical products themselves, but into packaging & marketing, and further into user interfaces of 100’s of solutions.

Development of Kodak/Heidelberg NexPress 2100 Digital Press Interface - As the lead human factors engineer, my goal was to create an interface that traditional press operators were familiar with, and would accept as they moved into the digital realm.

Assist the Industrial design department on creating a cohesive appearance displaying technical capability and prominence within the Printing Industry.

Assisted in the harmonization efforts for GCG packaging and branding.
